In a dramatic yet swiftly handled incident this morning, a local doctor was rescued after being stranded on a narrow balcony above a bank on Hawick Avenue. Dr. Kelvin Blaze, was reportedly locked out after stepping onto the balcony for a brief break and becoming unable to re-enter the building.

The situation drew attention from pedestrians and bank staff, prompting an emergency call to the Los Santos Police Department. The mission was quickly coordinated and executed under the leadership of Corporal Veer Suryavanshi, supported by a dedicated team including Deputy Himmat Singh, Officer Madhav Emmadi, Officer Vikram Makhija, Solo Cadet Kabir Randhawa, and PD Clerk Pihu Batra.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing the doctor waving for help and appearing visibly distressed. Officers responded promptly, securing the area and assessing the safest way to reach the balcony. With precision teamwork and coordinated communication, the unit managed to access the upper level of the building and safely assist the doctor back inside.

“No injuries were reported, and the doctor was grateful for the department’s quick response,” said Corporal Suryavanshi in a post-incident briefing. “It was a non-criminal situation, but one that required rapid thinking and calm execution.”

The Los Santos PD commended the professionalism and swift action of all officers involved, turning what could have been a prolonged emergency into a smooth and safe resolution.

The incident serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of daily life and the vital role first responders play in ensuring community safety—even in the most unexpected situations.
